Payment & Refunds

Our program fees are structured according to the specific offering you choose:

Research Programs: INR 70,000 – INR 90,000
Summer Immersion: INR 25,000 – INR 35,000
Industry Immersion Internship: INR 17,500 – INR 30,000
Alum Connect: INR 2,000 – INR 10,000

All payments should be made in accordance with the fee schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Any request for a refund must be submitted in writing and is subject to approval by the program coordinator. Upon approval, eligible refunds will be processed within 10 working days and credited to the designated bank account within 14 working days.

Attendance

Certificates require at least 80% attendance.

Code of Conduct

Disruptive behavior may lead to removal without refund.

Intellectual Property

Program outputs may be showcased with due credit.

Mentor & Session Changes

We reserve the right to adjust mentors or session details as necessary.

Liability

We’re not liable for personal loss/injury during the event.

Media Release

By registering, you agree to photo/video use for promotional purposes.
